City Railroad match — up to half of the outside work (windows, wells, doors, stone, gutters, ramp).
Helena's own façade grant — a second source, through the downtown Business Improvement District / Main Street.
Big Sky jobs fund — up to $5,000 per new job, for the shop expansion.

Plus: the state historic grant opens again March 2028; tax credits are John Horne's side.
