## The money — three live lanes

1. **City Railroad match** — up to half of the outside work (windows, wells, doors, stone, gutters, ramp).
2. **Helena's own façade grant** — a second source, through the downtown Business Improvement District / Main Street.
3. **Big Sky jobs fund** — up to $5,000 per new job, for the shop expansion.

Plus: the **state historic grant** opens again March 2028; **tax credits** are John Horne's side.
